AUBURN, Ind. (ADAMS) – The annual DeKalb County Freefall Fair is affectionately known as “America’s Family Reunion.” And he returns this week for the 91st year.

Location: Downtown and Fairgrounds – Auburn, IN

Schedule: Monday, September 26 to Saturday, October 1, 2022

Attendance: 100,000 to 150,000

Ticket Price: Admission – FREE, Free Parking up to $5.00

Attractions: Daily parades, 4-H shows and open cattle judging, great food, games and the largest merchant tent in the state! Free entertainment on the ProFed stage!

6th Indiana Fall Classic Draft Horse Pull – Thu., Sept. 29 at 9 a.m.

$3,000 purse divided between light and heavy horses! – Fairground / Show Ring

Yard Tractor Draw – Sat. Oct. 1 at 6 p.m. – Fairgrounds/Exhibition Board

Enjoy the 3rd Annual 5K Run/Walk on Saturday, September 24 at the YMCA of Auburn!

The race starts at 8:00 a.m. with a check-in at 7:15 a.m. The 5K Walk/Run is open to all ages, registration fee is $25 and a registration form is available on the fair’s website

On the ProFed Stage, experience a fabulous selection of entertainment including: Miss DeKalb County Queen Pageant Monday Night, High School Swing Choir Show Tuesday Night and plenty of free live entertainment Wednesday through Saturday! There are plenty of new products to browse in Indiana’s largest merchant tent! Poor Jack Amusements will have plenty of rides at the DeKalb County Fair Midway to thrill you! Everyone can ride on Friday from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. with a $20 wristband! Also, don’t miss Barbeque Alley, which will offer more food and game options. There will be the 6th Annual Indiana Fall Classic Draft Horse Pull on Thursday. September 29 at 9 a.m. And don’t miss the biggest and best ever Garden Tractor Pull on Saturday, October 1 at 6 p.m.!
