FORT WAYNE, Ind. (ADAMS) – A year ago, Kilwins owners Paul and Renee Marinko took the plunge and opened the chain’s first store in Indiana, offering old-fashioned confections such as candy, ice cream and fudge in Fort Wayne.
To celebrate, Marinko, who is a client of the Northeast Indiana Small Business Development Center, is planning Kilwins Birthday Celebration Days with fun activities Sept. 11-14. The festivities will include music on the terrace with local artists, free samples, customer appreciation cards and drawings.
